About the Journal

Jurnal Tata Kelola Rumah Sakit (JTKRS) is an open-access scientific journal published by UOBK RSUD R Syamsudin SH Kota Sukabumi, established as a development of the Genesis innovation (Gateway for Research and Science) to promote a culture of research and innovation in the field of hospital governance. The main purpose of this journal is to provide a platform for disseminating research findings and evidence-based practices related to hospital governance, both in clinical and non-clinical aspects. JTKRS plays a role in supporting the improvement of healthcare quality, the effectiveness of hospital management, as well as accountability and transparency in governance in accordance with accreditation standards.

The name Jurnal Tata Kelola Rumah Sakit (JTKRS) carries a strong philosophy about the importance of structured hospital management to achieve quality and sustainable healthcare services as outlined in hospital accreditation standards. The term "governance" reflects the principles of good governance that serve as the foundation for managing hospitals. Meanwhile, the term "hospital" represents a healthcare institution that plays a vital role in maintaining and improving public health, as well as serving as a center for education and research, especially RSUD R Syamsudin SH, which holds the status of a type B hospital and a teaching hospital. With good governance, the hospital can carry out its functions of service, education, and research effectively and efficiently according to established standards
